Problem: Physical Therapy patients have difficulty understanding how to interact with the app camera to take photos, measure progress and complete functional goals.

Process: Created a variety of user flows and performed user testing at all levels from low-fidelity drawings to interactive prototypes with seniors and patients.

Solution: By providing video tutorials, step-by-step instruction, and improved visual cues, I was able to increase the success rate of task completion from 20% to 90%
